Welcome to Have The Last Word writing services, founded by owner and writer, Gail Castanho, in 2015.

 

Ms. Castanho was involved in the teaching of writing for twenty years, at the college and high school levels, instructing students in proper grammar, structure, and elements of writing, academically and professionally, as well as poetry and creative fiction writing.

 

Gail holds a Bachelors degree in Secondary Education, with a concentration in English, and a Masters degree in English literature/Rhetoric, with her efforts focused on early 20th-century American and Post-Colonial literature.

 

The company's founder is also a fiction writer, continuing to write under the genre, family saga, examining life as it pertains to characters, loosely based on familial connections. 

 

Gail currently works as a Policies and Procedures Writer, for a home healthcare consulting firm. She resides in the quaint seaside town of Nokomis, Florida where she offers, both, writing and tutoring services to clients from Venice to Sarasota.
